What it solves and for whom

01

Problem

The business ran on a notebook and memory. No one knew how much chicken, potato, or takeout container was actually consumed, and there were suspicions of supply leakage and of money tied up in excess inventory. The day's profit was an eyeballed calculation.

02

Solution

Every product has its recipe. When an order is recorded, the system automatically deducts the supplies it consumes, warns when something is running low, and calculates profit: sales minus the real cost of supplies, commissions, and fixed expenses.

03

Who it's for

The restaurant owner, the cashier, and the kitchen, who use it one-handed from a phone at the counter.

What it does

From the order to the day's profit

01

Order in a few taps

Menu by category (chicken, grill, sides, drinks, and combos); payment method: cash, Yape (digital wallet in Peru), Plin, or card; and channel: delivery or pickup.

02

Orders in real time

Each order moves through its statuses: pending, in the kitchen, ready, on the way, and delivered, with the kitchen note and who collects payment for delivery.

03

Inventory that deducts itself

Recipes lower the stock of each supply with every sale. Purchases, cash count, and oven production are recorded, and alerts flag what is running out.

04

Real profit and closing

Margin by product, fixed expenses, payroll, reconciliation by delivery driver, and end-of-day closing with the money separated into register, digital wallets, and delivery drivers.
