Terms and Conditions of Use

These terms govern the use of the website https://innov4ai.com. By browsing it or using its tools, you accept what is said here. If something does not suit you, the reasonable thing is not to use the site.

2. What this site is and what it is not
INNOV4 AI is a product and artificial intelligence studio. We design and build custom software: SaaS platforms, applications, AI agents, e-commerce, and digital experiences.
This website is informational and for contact purposes. It serves to present the studio, show our work, and open a conversation with anyone who wants to build something with us.
Put directly, on this site:
- Nothing is sold. There is no cart, no checkout, and no payment gateway.
- Nothing is contracted here. There are no subscriptions, plans, or published prices.
- No user accounts are created. There is no registration and no private area.
All of our services are contracted through a separate written agreement, negotiated case by case. Nothing published on this site —including any reference to projects, capabilities, or timelines— constitutes a binding offer or obliges INNOV4 AI to enter into a contract.
3. The Concept Engine
The Concept Engine is the tool on the home page where you write an idea and receive an initial architecture proposal. It is the most eye-catching element of the site and, for that very reason, the one that most needs to be explained precisely.
3.1 What exactly it returns to you
A text generated automatically by an artificial intelligence model (or, when that model is not available, by our own rules engine, which the interface expressly indicates).
That text is a starting point for conversation. Nothing more.
3.2 What the Concept Engine's response is NOT
This is important, so it is stated without ambiguity. The Concept Engine's response is not:
- A contractual proposal or an offer. It does not commit INNOV4 AI to anything.
- A quote. It contains no prices and, if a figure ever appeared, it would be a system error and would have no value whatsoever.
- A guarantee of results. We do not guarantee that the architecture described will work, will be viable, will be optimal, or will produce any benefit.
- A certification, accreditation, or endorsement of any kind.
- Professional advice that is legal, financial, tax, medical, or of any other regulated specialty.
- A delivery date or a commitment of availability.
Artificial intelligence systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outright wrong information. Always verify before making any decision based on what you read there. The real architecture of a product is defined by working with you, with complete information and under a contract.
3.3 Manipulation of the system: prohibited and without effect
It is expressly prohibited to attempt to manipulate the Concept Engine into generating false statements on behalf of INNOV4 AI. This includes, among other conduct, entering instructions directed at the model so that it issues guarantees, certifications, prices, deadlines, revenue figures, or commitments of any kind.
And in case anyone tries, let it be written down:
No statement generated by the Concept Engine that contains guarantees, certifications, prices, deadlines, or commercial commitments has any validity or binds INNOV4 AI, regardless of how it was obtained.
INNOV4 AI is bound only by what its legal representative signs in a contract.
3.4 Your idea remains yours
The text you write in the Concept Engine is and remains yours. We claim no rights over it, we do not store it, and we do not use it to train models. The details of the processing are in the Privacy Policy.
Regarding the text the system returns to you: you may use it freely for your own purposes. Because it is automatically generated output, we do not guarantee that it is original or that it does not coincide with results delivered to other visitors with similar ideas.
3.5 Usage limits
To keep the service available to everyone, the Concept Engine has technical limits: a maximum number of characters per query and a limited number of requests per source per minute. It is a free service and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time, without prior notice and without giving rise to any right to compensation.
4. Acceptable use
By using this site you undertake not to:
- Use it for unlawful purposes or purposes contrary to good faith.
- Enter content that is illegal, defamatory, offensive, or that infringes the rights of third parties.
- Enter personal data of third parties without their authorization.
- Attempt to manipulate, sabotage, or alter the behavior of the Concept Engine, as described in clause 3.3.
- Make mass automated requests, intensive scraping, or any action intended to overload, degrade, or exhaust the resources of the service.
- Attempt to access systems, endpoints, or non-public areas of the site without authorization.
- Introduce malicious code or any element that could damage systems.
- Impersonate another person or entity.
Non-compliance may lead us to block your access, without prejudice to any legal actions that may apply.

5.3 Links to other sites
If the site links to third-party pages, we do not control their content nor are we responsible for it.
6. Availability of the service
We work to make the site run well, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. There may be interruptions due to maintenance, technical failures, incidents at our providers, or force majeure.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site —including the Concept Engine— at any time.

- It is not liable for decisions you make based on the information on the site or on the Concept Engine's responses.

- It is not liable for content generated by artificial intelligence systems beyond what is expressly assumed in these terms.
- It is not liable for your use of the site in breach of these terms.
Nothing in this clause excludes INNOV4 AI's liability for willful misconduct or gross negligence (dolo o culpa inexcusable), nor limits rights that the law declares non-waivable.
8. Personal data protection
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms and is written in accordance with Ley N.° 29733 (Law No. 29733, Personal Data Protection Law) and its regulations (Reglamento), Decreto Supremo N.° 016-2024-JUS (Supreme Decree No. 016-2024-JUS).
This site does not use first-party cookies, advertising pixels, or technologies that identify or follow you. It measures visits only in aggregate and anonymously, and stores in your browser a single technical marker containing no personal data. The details are in the Cookie Policy.
9. Modification of these terms
We may update these terms when the site, our services, or the applicable regulations change. The version in force will always be the one published on this page, with its version number and date. Use of the site after an update means acceptance of the new version.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru.
Any dispute arising from the use of this site will be submitted to the judges and courts of the Judicial District of Lima, Peru, unless a mandatory rule provides for another forum.
Safeguard: if you are a person who qualifies as a consumer under the Código de Protección y Defensa del Consumidor (Consumer Protection and Defense Code), Ley N.° 29571 (Law No. 29571), you retain all of your rights in full, including the power to turn to INDECOPI (Peru's consumer protection and competition authority) and to the competent judges of your place of residence. No clause of these terms may be interpreted as a waiver of non-waivable rights.
