Cookie Policy
Informative translation. In case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
In brief
- https://innov4ai.com does not install first-party cookies or advertising pixels, and does not record your session.
- We measure visits in aggregate and anonymously with Cloudflare Web Analytics, a tool that does not use cookies, does not store anything in your browser, and does not identify you.
- We store a single technical marker in your browser,
innov4.bb, so the welcome animation is not repeated on the home page. It contains no personal data and never leaves your device.
That is why you will not see a cookie banner: there is nothing that identifies or follows you, and we explain everything here.
1. What this site uses and what it does not
| Technology | Do we use it? | Detail |
|---|---|---|
| First-party cookies | No | The site does not create cookies. |
| Third-party cookies | Only exceptionally | Only technical security cookies from Cloudflare, if its protection needs to verify that you are a person. See section 4. |
localStorage (local storage) | Yes, a single key | innov4.bb, with the value 1. See section 2. |
sessionStorage and in-browser databases (IndexedDB) | No | — |
| Web analytics | Yes, aggregate and cookie-free | Cloudflare Web Analytics. See section 3. |
| Google Analytics, Matomo, Plausible, or other analytics tools | No | — |
| Advertising pixels (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, or others) | No | — |
| Heatmaps or session recording | No | — |
| Social buttons that track | No | Any link to a social network (for example, to LinkedIn) is a plain link: it loads nothing from that network until you click. |
| Resources loaded from external servers | Only one | Cloudflare's measurement script (static.cloudflareinsights.com); Cloudflare is our hosting provider. Fonts, images, and other resources are served from our own domain. |
2. The welcome animation marker (innov4.bb)
The first time you enter the home page you may see a welcome animation. So that the animation is not repeated on every visit, the site stores the following in your browser's local storage:
| Item | Detail |
|---|---|
| Name | innov4.bb |
| Value | 1 (it means only "this animation has already been shown") |
| Type | Browser local storage (localStorage), first-party |
| Purpose | To remember that you have already seen the welcome animation |
| Duration | Until you delete it. In a private or incognito window it disappears when you close it |
| Does it contain personal data? | No. It includes no identifiers, dates, or information about you or your device |
| Does it leave your device? | No. It is not sent to our servers or to any third party |
How to delete it: delete the site data for innov4ai.com from your browser's privacy settings (in most browsers, the option is called "Clear browsing data" or "Website data"). If you delete or block it, the site works the same: you will simply see the animation again.
3. Visit measurement: Cloudflare Web Analytics
To know how many visits the site receives, which pages are viewed, and whether they load quickly, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a service of Cloudflare, Inc., the same company that hosts the site.
3.1 How it works
Cloudflare adds a small script to our pages (https://static.cloudflareinsights.com/beacon.min.js). When the page finishes loading and when you leave it, that script sends technical measurements of the visit to Cloudflare, through our own domain (innov4ai.com/cdn-cgi/rum).
3.2 What is measured
- The page visited (without the address parameters: Cloudflare does not record what comes after the
?character). - The site you came from, if any (for example, a search engine).
- Load times and performance metrics of the page.
- Device type, browser, and operating system, in a generic form.
- The country the visit comes from.
3.3 What it does not do
According to Cloudflare's official documentation:
- It does not use cookies or local storage to measure.
- It does not create a "fingerprint" of your device from your IP address, your browser data, or any other data.
- It does not follow you across websites or from one visit to another.
- It does not collect or use visitors' personal data to provide these statistics.
3.4 What we see
Only aggregate figures: number of visits and page views, most viewed pages, referring sites, countries, device types, and load times. We cannot see your IP address or know who you are, or which pages you in particular visited. We do not combine these figures with any other data.
3.5 How long the measurements are kept
According to Cloudflare, measurement data is kept in full for 7 days and afterwards reduced to an aggregate sample; the dashboard lets you view the last six months.
More information from Cloudflare: Web Analytics, how it collects data, and its Privacy Policy.
3.6 If you prefer that your visit not be measured
You can prevent it without losing any function of the site: most browser content blockers block the static.cloudflareinsights.com script.
4. Cloudflare security cookies (only in exceptional cases)
The site is protected by Cloudflare. During normal browsing no cookie is installed. However, if Cloudflare's protection detects suspicious traffic and needs to verify that you are a person and not an automated program, it may place a technical security cookie, for example cf_clearance, which stores the result of that check, or __cf_bm, which takes part in bot detection and expires after 30 minutes of inactivity.
These cookies are strictly necessary to protect the site, are not used for advertising or to follow you across other sites, and are managed by Cloudflare. Official detail: Cloudflare cookies.
5. Technical connection data
For any web page to reach your screen, the server has to know your IP address. It is a condition of how the internet works and happens on all websites.
In our case:
- Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) processes that connection data to serve the pages and protect the site against attacks.
- If you use the Concept Engine, your IP address is also used to limit the number of requests per source and prevent abuse. It is kept for a maximum of 60 seconds and then deleted automatically.
None of this is stored in your browser or allows you to be recognized on later visits. The full detail of the processing of personal data is in our Privacy Policy.
6. Why there is no consent banner
In the previous version of this policy we committed that, if we ever incorporated analytics, we would explain it here and consider a consent mechanism. We have reviewed it, and here is the conclusion:
- The measurement we have incorporated does not use cookies or store anything in your browser, and does not identify you: it gives us only aggregate figures, which are not personal data.
- The
innov4.bbmarker contains no personal data and does not leave your device. - Cloudflare's security cookies are strictly necessary to protect the site.
None of these technologies processes data that identifies you or makes you identifiable, so they do not require your consent under Ley N.° 29733, Ley de Protección de Datos Personales (Law No. 29733, Personal Data Protection Law), and its regulations (Reglamento) approved by Decreto Supremo N.° 016-2024-JUS (Supreme Decree No. 016-2024-JUS). What we do owe you, and give you here, is clear and complete information.
7. If this changes, we will say so
If we ever incorporate cookies or technologies that identify you, that follow you across visits or across sites, or that serve advertising purposes, before activating them we will do three things:
- Update this policy with the detail of each technology, its purpose, and its duration.
- Implement a prior consent mechanism, with real options to accept, reject, and configure.
- Keep those technologies blocked until you give your consent.
