What it solves and for whom

01

Problem

Nutrition apps tend to be spreadsheets in disguise: loose numbers, aggressive goals, and no explanation of why.

02

Solution

Kaloriah calculates a daily target with a recognized method and lets you log meals with a photo or by searching an official food database. It also suggests recipes that fit the plan and organizes training routines.

03

Who it's for

People who want to eat better and lose weight at a healthy pace without counting calories by hand.

What it does

A plan you can understand

01

Recipes that fit your plan

16 recipes with the suggested calorie distribution for each meal of the day.

02

Guided training

15 programs for the gym, home, or calisthenics, with steps and active energy read from Apple Health.

03

Log with one photo

The photo of the plate returns an estimate with an editable range, never an exact figure.

04

Color with meaning

Protein, carbohydrates, and fat each have their own color, so you can read them at a glance.

Technical detail

Nutrition engine based on the Mifflin-St Jeor equation with conservative limits, custom vector charts, and native Apple Health integration (steps, energy, weight, nutrition, and workouts). The photo of the plate is analyzed on the iPhone itself or, if needed, on a server with an OpenAI vision model, and cross-checked against the USDA food database.

Notice. Kaloriah organizes estimates and habits; it does not replace the care of a health professional. Screenshots use a sample profile.
