What it solves and for whom

01

Problem

Restoration contractors in the U.S. lose money when insurers don't respond to their estimates: no one keeps track of what is pending, when the deadline expires, or whom to write to.

02

Solution

Estimate Radar connects to the contractor's email, uses Claude Haiku to classify insurer replies, and calculates Texas business-day deadlines with deterministic code, never with the model. Claude Opus drafts follow-ups in the contractor's voice, and nothing is sent without their approval.

03

Who it's for

Roofing and restoration contractors in the U.S. who work with insurance estimates and can't chase every reply by hand.

What it does

From the inbox to the approved follow-up

01

Replies classified by AI

Claude Haiku reads insurer emails and classifies them, so you know which estimates have a reply and which are still silent.

02

Texas business-day deadlines

Deadlines are calculated with deterministic code, never with the model, so every due date is reproducible.

03

Follow-ups in your voice

Claude Opus drafts the follow-up message in the contractor's tone. Nothing is sent without their approval.

04

Connected to Gmail and JobNimbus

Works on top of the email and job-tracking system the contractor already uses, in English and Spanish.
